Nutrition and Exercise

Having graduated with a double degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science and being an accredited Exercise Scientist I firmly believe that Nutrition and Exercise go hand in hand whether it is for health or performance. I feel that in order to optimise one, the other must follow suit. It is for this reason that the combined nutrition and exercise program is the most recommended for performance, health maintenance, weight loss or muscle gain. Combining both will give you the greatest platform to build on and achieve your goals through a holistically healthy approach. I will work together with you, catering to what you have available and how your daily life takes shape to tailor the best possible program for you as an individual because everyone is different!

  • $500 for an online 3 month, combined program (less than $45.00 per week)

  • Initial Screening

    • ESSA screening tool

    • 3 day food diary

    • Goal setting and lifestyle/barrier discussion

    • Energy Expenditure and Requirements Calculations

  • Weekly Programs

    • Weekly exercise program

    • Weekly nutrition program

    • Nutrition program will not be me telling you what to eat because that is no fun for you and never works!

    • Nutrition program will use the data from the initial consult to fit your lifestyle and eating habits/preferences to make minor adjustments in achieving your goals

    • Can be health maintenance, performance, muscle gaining or weight loss

    • The exercise program can be equipment and gym free

  • Fortnightly Phone or Video Calls

    • To maintain engagement and a personal connection I will be in contact with you fortnightly for a chat about how you are going and to see what is and isn’t working so the program can be adapted and improved

    • Fortnightly 3 day food diary to track progress

  • Access to exercise or nutritional advice and consult throughout 3 month program
