My degree in Nutrition and Food Sciences has given me the background and knowledge to provide sound nutritional advice to optimise people’s health and wellbeing and help them establish a healthy lifestyle. By signing up to the nutrition program I will work with you as a team to provide you with a 3 month nutrition program to achieve your goals and help maintain a happy healthy lifestyle by working within your means and busy schedule. Initially I will get into contact with your via phone call or video call for a screening session to help establish goals and how the program can fit with your lifestyle and daily routines. From there I will use your 3 day food recall as a template to see what we can tweak or improve to help create weekly nutrition programs. I believe in a holistic approach so the minor changes will balance with your lifestyle and schedule to help your engagement. Rather than telling you what you can and can’t eat I will work with your current habits and preferences to make minor adjustments that you are happy with to ensure you are achieving your goals.

Structure

  • $300 for an online 3 month program (equivalent of $25 per week)

  • Initial Screening Session

    • 3 day food diary

    • Goal setting

    • Discussing eating and lifestyle habits

    • Energy Requirement and Expenditure Calculations

  • Weekly Nutrition Program

    • Based off of data from initial food diary

    • Will not tell you what to eat, will tailor nutrition advice to your daily habits and preferences to achieve your goals

    • Fortnightly 3 day food diary to help gauge progress

    • Program can be tailored to weight loss, muscle gain, or simple health maintenance

  • Fortnightly phone or video call

    • Fortnightly video or phone calls to discuss any changes and how you are feeling with the program

  • Access to nutritional advice and consult throughout 3 month program
