Exercise
My degree in Exercise and Sports Science as well as my passion for sport and fitness has provided me with the foundation to create holistic exercise programs to suit you as an individual. For $300 (equivalent of $25 per week) I will work with you as a unit to create a 3 month exercise program to achieve your goals. I will contact you for an initial consult and screening to establish your goals and safety of commencing the program. From there we will work together to create an exercise program to meet your schedule no matter how busy. The program will cater to any equipment or facilities you may or may not have available to you, all the while ensuring it is fun and enjoyable! I will provide you with weekly exercise plans as well as getting into contact with you fortnightly to assess progress and adjust the program if needed to ensure it is the best possible experience for you. This program is for everyone not matter if you’re seeking to improve your performance in your chosen sport, put on some muscle, lose weight or just maintain your health.
